This project involved transforming a high-end boutique hotel into a rentable residence for a young family with a focus on great taste and high-level design. The challenge was to create a space that was both practical and durable for high-traffic use without compromising on quality interior design.
One of the main features of the residence is the dining area, which has ample seating for entertaining guests. The project was centred around furniture, with a focus on special details and artwork. The artwork featured in the home is from Natural Curiosities, which is only available through Design Studio.
The bar cabinet is a stunning piece with its bronze starburst detail by Palletcheck. The use of textured cabinets, round mirrors, and a monochromatic colour scheme was chosen to emphasize the blue of the ocean view. Organic materials were used throughout the home, and mirrors were used to reflect light, making the space feel bright and airy. Subtle colours were used to complement the incredible views and artwork.
The kid's bedroom features a custom bunk bed with fun bedding, and benches and hooks were utilized to replace the need for a closet in the space.
