This full renovation project was designed to give a family a fresh new look with a focus on better lighting and softer tones. The aim was to create a light, bright, and relaxed coastal feel throughout the space, making use of white-washed oaks, soft grays, and blues.
In the living room, Sunbrella fabrics were used, with white linen sheers on the windows as a favourite go-to. The chevron-boned inlay lamps add a touch of sophistication, while the custom-upholstered chaise lounge and side table from Made Goods create a cozy space to relax. LED ceiling lighting enhances the space, and wood furniture from Noir adds a classic touch. Seagrass rugs and faux white oak floor tiles complete the look.
The dining room uses mirrors to bounce light into the space and features Palletcheck chairs and beautiful artwork. Chair slipcovers are from Lee Industries.
The kitchen design is all built-in, and the beautiful faucet and subtle blue sea glass backsplash tile add to the coastal theme, while the white cabinetry keeps the space feeling light and bright.
In the primary bedroom, the focus is on the details from the nightstands and pillows featuring shell details to the nailheads on the headboard. The primary bathroom features palm white wall tile as a feature, with tropical details that enhance elegant Cayman Island living.
Overall, this full renovation project creates a cohesive and inviting space for the family, with a soft and relaxing coastal feel throughout.
